Dr. David Clark founded the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry, an international association formed to advance the science and practice of microendodontics, microperiodontics, microprosthodontics and microdentistry. He is a course director at the Newport Coast Oral Facial Institute in Newport Beach, California, and an associate member of the American Association of Endodontists. He lectures and gives hands-on seminars internationally on a variety of topics related to microscope-enhanced dentistry. He has developed numerous innovations in the fields of micro dental instrumentation, imaging, and dental operatory design.
He has authored the first comprehensive guide to enamel and dentinal cracks.
Dr. Clark has developed a matrix and interproximal management system, the Bioclear Matrix System.
He is developing new techniques and materials to better restore endodontically treated teeth, including the Endo-Restorative Casting.

Conservative dentistry professor in the School of Graduate Dentistry and in Prosthetics and Dental School Specialty in Ortognatodonzia (University dell'Insubria) and the School of Specialization in Endodontics (University of Bologna). Enable Partner of SIDOC (Italian Society of Conservative dentistry), rapporteur and author of publications. Performs professional services in Casciago (Varese).

Marianella Sierraalta se graduó de Odontólogo en la Universidad Central de Venezuela en Caracas, Venezuela; recibio su maestría en Prostodoncia en la Universidad de Michigan y  es Diplomada del Board Americano de Prostodoncia. Actualmente es Profesor Asociado a tiempo completo en el Departamento de Prostodoncia en la Universidad de Michigan. El mayor interés de la Dra. Sierraalta en cuanto a investigación y publicaciones respecta esta enfocado en la utilización de restauraciones cerámicas y la cirugía guiada en la colocacíon de implantes dentales
